Motorcar Falls & Boulder Creek
The Motorcar Falls & Boulder Creek Tour operates late wet season only and operates April & May. These areas in the southern part of Kakadu are accessible by 4wd vehicles only.

Motorcar Falls is a deep beautiful, crystal clear waterhole and to get there it is a flat but not shaded 3.5klm bush walk with a few rocks to climb over the last 200 meters but well worth the effort for that refreshing dip. After a picnic lunch we head off to Boulder Creek where you will see a stunning 10 meter high waterfall that cascades into small ponds where you can enjoy a swim. It is one of the most stunning destinations in Kakadu’s sandstone country.

Kakadu National Park Pass
Visitors to Kakadu are required to purchase the Park Pass and have it with them when they are out and about in the park. Your tour does not include the park pass and you can purchase it online here: https://parksaustralia.gov.au/kakadu/plan/passes/or on arrival to Kakadu at the Bowali Vistor Centre which is located a 5 minute drive down the Kakadu Highway from Jabiru.
Walking time on this tour is 9klms return. 1 kilometer each way to Boulder Creek and 3.5 kilometers each way to Motorcar Falls. A decent fitness level is required to do this tour.
