3 Day Kakadu & Litchfield Wet Season

Explore the top end of Australia on our 3 day Kakadu & Litchfield Wet Season tour.  For those short on time, this tour is a great introduction to the waterfalls, unique landscapes and indigenous culture of both Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks.

ITINERARY

Day 1 – Kakadu National Park

• Pick up at 7am from accommodation.
• Head to the Adelaide River for our Jumping Crocodile cruise or Corroboree Wetlands Cruise.
• Nourlangie Rock (Rock Art and Views)
• Swim at Ikoymarrwa (Moline Rockhole) special permit access.
• Showers and toilet facilities (L,D)

Day 2 – Kakadu National Park

• Early to rise for a big day
• Explore the Yurmikmik region for a full day of walking and Swimming
• Cascading Falls of Boulder Creek
• Motor Car Falls
• Kurrundi Falls
• Gunlom Falls (when accessible)
• Showers and toilet facilities (B,L,D)

Day 3 – Litchfield National Park

• Up early again to head to Litchfield National Park
• Wangi Falls
• Florence Falls for a cool swim
• Tolmer Falls
• Buley Rockhole’s
• Giant Termite mounds
• Return to Darwin approximately 6.30pm (B,L)

Accommodation for the 3 Day Kakadu & Litchfield Wet Season tour will stay at a private camp.

The boat cruise may change in April to the Coroborree Billabong cruise. This means that the pick up time will move to 06.30am. Please check this when reconfirming prior to travel.

Itinerary may be done in reverse at Guides discretion.
