Depart Darwin on a 2-day adventure to Kakadu National Park and Arnhem Land. Cruise the wildlife-rich Yellow Water Billabong, see ancient rock art at Nourlangie, and explore Arnhem Land by 4WD. Discover Aboriginal culture, breath taking landscapes and wildlife.
Depart Darwin along the Arnhem Highway and travel into Kakadu National Park. This vast landscape spans rugged escarpments, ancient Aboriginal rock art and wildlife-rich wetlands. Visit the Warradjan Cultural Centre to learn about local culture, cruise Yellow Water Billabong in search of crocodiles and birdlife. Explore the rock art galleries at Burrungkuy (Nourlangie) with your guide. An optional 50-minute scenic flight is also available (own expense).

Travel by 4WD from Kakadu into Arnhem Land and Mikinj Valley. Enjoy spectacular scenery, including sandstone outcrops, forests, floodplains, and billabongs. Visit remote rock art sites and learn about traditional land ownership, bush skills, and bush tucker. Meet local Aboriginal artists at the Injalak Arts and Crafts Centre (conditions permitting). Return to Darwin in the evening to conclude your 2-day adventure.
